You must be at least 13 years old to use Askiras.

• Users ages 13-17 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

If you are a parent or guardian whose minor child (ages 13-17) uses Askiras, you are responsible for their use of the service. Askiras does not collect parent contact information or send parental verification emails. To request information about, modify, or close your child's account, contact us at legal@askiras.com.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content on the platform — including questions, explanations, coaching responses, design, and software — is owned by Almida Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

AI-generated content: Questions, explanations, and coaching responses on Askiras are original content created using artificial intelligence. They are not sourced from, endorsed by, or affiliated with any test maker or educational organization.

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell our content
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract content from the platform
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the platform
• Use the platform to develop competing products
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

Askiras offers separate SAT, LSAT, and AP trainer subscriptions at $14.99/month each. New accounts may receive one no-card 7-day free pass per email per trainer before paid checkout. Each paid subscription auto-renews monthly until cancelled.

• Billing processor — Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or CVV.
• Free pass and promotional access — Free passes and promotional campaign codes are not paid subscriptions and do not automatically charge you. When free or promotional access ends, premium trainer access locks unless you start a paid subscription.
• Auto-renewal — By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
• Cancellation — You can cancel self-serve from your account or billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues through the paid period unless a refund is issued.
• Refunds — Refunds are available only for the first charge on a subscription, only if requested within 48 hours of that first charge. We do not provide partial refunds.
• Separate plans — SAT, LSAT, and AP are separate subscriptions. Cancelling one does not cancel another.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Content is free of errors or omissions
• Use of the platform will result in any particular outcome

We are not responsible for decisions made based on content provided through the platform.

Exam outcomes: Askiras is a supplemental study tool. We do not guarantee any specific test score, admission decision, or certification outcome. Our platform is not a substitute for formal instruction or official test preparation materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almida Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
